• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are processed MONDAY through FRIDAY, excluding HOLIDAYS.
  Orders received after 12pm EST, or on Weekend days or on Holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability on merchandise.

  SYJ offers many different options for delivery within the United States. We are unable to ship to international destinations, APO addresses or US territories.

  For your security, a signature is required upon delivery. Signature confirmation and tracking # is covered in a flat rate of $5- PRIORITY MAIL.

  All handmade jewelry ships out within 5 business days after order is placed, unless specified.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How do I care for my jewelry?

  YOUnique CARE POLICY.

  >Always remove your YOUnique jewelry before swimming, yoga, workouts, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners.

  > Always store each piece separately, especially your YOUnique bracelets. YOUnique jewelry should be stored in a jewelry box or on a jewelry stand.

  >Apply all products such as lotions, perfume, or oils before wearing your YOUnique jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finishings.

• How can I sign up for email promotions and new designs?

• Store Policy

  **WARNING! Small jewelry pieces can be a choking hazard for children. Supervision is recommended and required for children under 10.

  ** Please do not wet pieces which are made of silver/gold/bronze plated components. Keep your jewelry stored away when you're not using it.
